And wolf-like things & toads with wings whisper wetly

The fresh-plucked eye of a favourite cat,
Pulped and mixed with a white hens fat,
A lapwings' wing and lions' gall,

my guess, viv stanshall wrote this and whether he meant it as a complete takeoff... knowing him id say yes but still... it sounds serious enough.
