- ダイヴ (DIIV) は、アメリカ・ニューヨーク出身のインディー・ロックバンド。2011年にDiveとして結成、後に綴りをDIIVに変更している。
来歴
2011年、Beach FossilsのギタリストZachary Cole Smithのソロプロジェクトとしてスタート。その後、幼なじみのメンバーを加えバンドとして活動を始める。バンドはCaptured Tracksと契約、「Sometime」「Human」の2枚のシングルをリリースする。
2012年5月、ベルギーに同名のグループがいたためにバンド名の綴りをDIIVに変更した。6月、1stアルバム『Oshin』をリリース。ピッチフォークはこのアルバムをBest New Musicに選んだ。
